I never have a problem killing rammus, i just can't stand how quickly he can get across the map >.<

Rammus will win versus most AD heroes, particularly autoattackers. Randuin's Omen + Thornmail = lul. He's godmode because of his absurd mobility, though. No hero can move around as easily as he can.

Jax
Poppy
Soraka
Rammus has insane mobility and eats AD heroes. Pantheon has good burst, is hard to kill, and has a global ult (not true global, but it's global given Dom's small map size.) Jax is a tougher Pantheon with less mobility. Poppy has insane burst and good mobility. Full tank Soraka is the best anchor in the game.
