I've played too many games to remember them all.
Here's a few off the top of my head:
-Chrono Triger
-Final Fantasy games, specifically 6, 7 and 9
-The Witcher 1 + 2 (kinda)
There's definitely more but I haven't even looked at my game collection in ages, so I can't remember any more right now. :P
EDIT: Couple more now that I thought some more:
-Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core
-Mass Effect games were pretty good
-Halo games, despite what many people say they're some of the most enjoyable and epic 'modern' FPS games.
I'm sure I'm still missing loads but hopefully other people will mention them.

The Witcher wasn't anything like the best game ever, definitely not in the same way that I consider Chrono Trigger and FF, but I couldn't really think of any more and I needed a third. Just so happens I played it recently, unlike most of my older games :P
It was definitely a great game though, even if not perfect.

Yeah imo Dissidia can't even really be compared to most of the main series games, although both Dissidia games were extremely addictive for me.
@San Andreas, gawd I loved that so much. I remember I was in hospital when it was released and I was reading a game magazine with a guide for it. It was torture. :P

It was okay, but the nonsense story and generally dislikeable characters make it nowhere near as good as 6, 7 or 9. I went through a phase where I really liked it in my early teens for some reason, though. xD

Other good/enjoyable games include InFamous, Darksiders: Wrath of War, all FIFA and Football Manager games, Dragon Age: Origins, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West and LittleBigPlanet. By far not the best, but I like them all :)

#2: Dissidia 012 - the best FF game imo
#3: Ressonance of Fate - great graphics, you can change the clothes, nice combat system
