Personally I love him. My first 3 or 4 games once I got his full build (Merc treads, Trinity, Madreds, Bloodthirster, Warmogs, Atmas) I was able to take any single person on 1v1 (they also had full build) and was impossible to focus in team fights (made sure I could dash through walls and my LS + High hp kept me alive) and ripped through people in a matter of moments. This was normal so I dont completely count it, but he is a bit strong.
Butcher Schmurgot has to be the sexiest skin in league of legends... Seeing that face and that apron makes my life better. Now if only they could come up with French Maid Annie.
I think Graves isn't that OP. The only thing I would find considerable nerfing is maybe his AD scale on ultimate.
