Hello viewers, sorry for my bad english, I am from Poland.
Today,I got some questions on the runes which I should use for Tryndamere.
Im playing the hero for a very short time.
So I can't answer the qustions I have got today by testing.
There are actually two guides on this forum I read which I made me think about my rune setup for Tryn(ThisandThis)

The tryn guide says that I have to go for crit chance runes. This seems O.K to me because tryn needs crit chance for his so called "Bread and Butter Skill" Bloodlust and the guide is later going for Damage items.

But the other guide(The rune guide )says that Armor Penetration is the best rune for every Physical Dpsler. And the rune guide is also saying that going for secondary runes is a bad choice.
Armor penetration is also good for tryn's spinning slash, i think.

So,could you please help me with my rune setup.
Shall I just go for crit runes or shall my build differ from the suggested one?
Thank you in advance.

I can help you decide which you want to do, but the decision should ultimately be yours. If you are inexperienced with a character, banking on chance is a unilaterally bad idea (don't do it). ArPen activates on every attack everytime you deal physical damage (including abilities). That having been said, T1 and T2 runes are not a very good buy and I advise waiting until lvl 20 to buy runes.

Oh sorry you got me wrong i am level 23 and i played several charackters before.
I buyed Tryndamere and in order to get more expierience with him,i just wanted to follow this guide until im a skilled enough to discover him on my own.
With that said, my question is, whether the rune build suggested in the guide is allright.
Because this guide uses secondary runes and uses crit chance, like most of the other tryndamere guids do.But the author of the very high rated rune guide wrote that armor pen is the best for almost every phisical dpsler(also for trynd?) and he also wrote that innearly every case secondary runes arent good(Right, also in my case?).
So i just want to ask you which runes are good for the suggested build(in your opinion)

PS:I mean this guide

Alright then, here we go. While in Learning stage, optimize survivability. ArPen marks, Dodge Seals, I would get CDR glyphs for more frequent use of ulti, but it is viable to get MR instead. Quints are expensive, so that is really up to you. I would go with ArPen if you're not dying, HP quints if you are dying a lot. As you really learn to use the char, phase out dodge first, Quints, glyphs, then Marks.

While I frown on using a complete +crit% build, it is viable on Trynd.

ArP.

Crit chance is viable for Gangplank and Trynd. ArP is viable for ANY absolutly ANY physical champ.
Still ArP in terms of dps beats CrC and CrD (crit chance and crit damage) runes. Only 100% crit chance build with CrD runes probably (after nerfs) can get above arp. But before you do a 100% crit build... ArP>>>CrD.
For trynd you can leave Glyphs and Seals for crit chance.
That is my opinion. If you want to play 90% of the games with Trynd, than you can go for Apo guide rune setup. If you want to play him as one of your main and you think of buing more universal runes, go for ARP Marks and Quits.

Polecam przyjac rade od Polaka :)
Pozdrawiam.

i'd say go with armor penetration, if only for the fact that you can use that runebook on any physical dps.
