WW top 5 junglers in the game.
The biggest thing is people don't like the fact that before 6 he really can't gank a lane...therefor if your team sucks early on and relies on ganks you're in for a long game.

WW is a solid elo climber. He's never going to be banned because he is a pretty meh jungler at the moment. You know he might be buffed someday. That's one of the positive sides of using a lower tier character.
If you start to plateau you can always duo que with someone who you think would synergize with him.

As I sadi many times. WW is the faster way to get to decent ELO, and yes at low ELOs he feels like cheating.
He truly gives a lot to a team, 1sy of all his post 6 ganks combined with a burst char are a 100% kill.
He's basically a tank when he starts building items, but he's also the most likely to be the last man standing as he can outheal anyne 1vs1 with correct items.
If you're good enough to beat enemy map awarness you will just win the laning phase by sheer will.
He has a great initiation wich will force QSS to be bought, but that only happens after a bit of core items, giving you a relatively easy life early game.
His jungling requires no runes.
WW is just very underrated, but he's nowhere near weak.
Guardsmanbob is a pretty high rated player and he uses him all the times.
And yes, using WW at low lvls feels like cheating.
