good stuff but I will use "Ionian Boots of Lucidity" and other order to buy the items ;)

Pretty nice guide tbh. Only thing I don't totaly agree with:
A better item build is possible, Vlad with spellvamp is better I guess.
Have tried both, and prefer the spellvamp, alot better survivability, and makes tides of blood self sustainable.

i wouldn't take ionian boots of ludicity because he allready has a low cd when transfusion is lvl 5 and warmog armor is totaly useless when all other items are for ap since they put 50 health for 1 ap not anymore 25 health so change warmog's for something that gives ap and i may reconsider

Thank you :D. The items I have out in my build are more like guidelines than strict set rules. Another warmogs is definitelly viable. Once again, all feedback is apreciated.
