what is the lowest rated build/guide?

lololol.

So far, duff's vayne build is the lowest ive seen, but i heard that there were ones that were worst.

Is that even possible? O_O

There used to be a lot of reeeeeaaaaaally bad / low score guides before the expiration system. Now if they haven't been updated in a long time they are automatically filtered out.

Try putting the freshness filter on expired, and see what you get... >.>
