First of all you should only play she champions you like and you are having fun with :)
If you arent brain dead you should be able to learn champions you like even if you suck with them in the beginning:P
Next you should focus on lets say 2-5 champions to master them perfect for ranked games.
Later on you can of course add more and change the champions ;).
And a tip for SoloQ-lowelo (from Wintermond) you should pick a hero with which you can carry the game and just ****ing carry it :)
Its nonsense if you go for support every game and your carries suck. Just do your job properly and you will go up in ELO.
After you are at about 1400 ELO compensate to your teams needs :)

I'm also on EU West, but I have some tips in terms of jungling.
You mention you're pretty bad at it, but you can learn/practice all the basics in custom games (no, I'm not kidding).
For instance, you say you die with Fiddle at blue (not sure how you manage to do that, but ok xD).
Check a video or guide on what runes/masteries to use, start a custom and try the jungle route the guide/video shows (always check whether it's a recent guide/video!). If you want you can even ask a friend to quickly join your custom and leash for you (I've done this for friends of mine in the past).
If you feel comfortable about being able to do a safe route, experiment a bit with 'ganking'. I know it's a custom, you won't gank anyone (unless you want to gank bots but that's very easy :P), but what I mean is you should try to get a general view of when you would be able to gank with different junglers. For instance, if I jungle Cho'gath and level my Rupture on level 2, I could go for an early gank top (if I start at the blue side). Other junglers (like Amumu and Trundle) generally have to wait a bit longer before being able to gank.
Use the customs to determine how much health you have after getting the blue / golems / wolves / wraiths / red and check where you could be ganking if it were a normal game (remember this also depends on being on the blue or the purple side!).
Counterjungling is something that you learn through experience in normal games and you can't really use customs to practice on that. It requires knowledge of the paths that other junglers use, so try reading some guides to determine where they generally start and where you could potentially counter them.
I would suggest reading this guide and this one to learn more about junglers.
I know this isn't a topic that only asks for help about jungling but I figured I'd give you some tips anyway :P

I am indeed looking for a mentor, but not to teach me the basics, no to teach me how to play ranked games. I already know a bit about ranked games, because I wants a lot of LoL livestreams, but I am still not able to solo queue well.
Thats why I want someone to help me perfect my last hitting, make my map awareness excellent and teaches me how to carry like a boss.

So thats the list of champions I own an play. But there are of course some free ones that I can play as well. I know I dont have a lot of champions, I just started playing about.. a half year ago. (But I do play alot and I had two lv30 people that helped me in the beginning.
