Tryndamere is pretty straight forward.
Use Mocking shout to lower enemy damage and carefully build rage. When you have rage, whirl onto them and auto attack them. You'll land a few crits and they can't trade with you cause well, you're the new Tryndamere.
You can use this method, of big damage to win win, or you can just last hit while mocking shout is debuffing, and use Q to heal often.
Either way.

As I can see, riven should be jungling
She's better in the jungle imo, but she is still a more than viable solo top, like Udyr, WW or GP.

Udyr and GP are both probably better solo's than Riven >:P

Judgment: a viable and safe pick
strong against: singed

His team jungler should be someone with damage more than initiation (warwick bad-udyr good-noc perfect)
Judgment: so and so solo top, needs great coordination with jungler
strong against: garen-jarvan

Be careful when you get Riven. Shes pretty squishy early game. Nothing that masteries or/and runes cant fix.
Not a big deal considering she's Road Runner good at escaping

Basically what are their strenghts and weaknesses in lane?
Provided you're facing an equally skilled opponent, which champions are they particularly strong and weak against in lane?
Oh and if someone could tell me the same abotu Tryndamere that'd be great
