This build works best for me , I always get a positive score. But i think ignite would be better that exhaust since talon isn't really made to stay in a fight too long. On the masteries , you should have taken the 10 armor pen, but that doesn't really matter much since your items are dead on, good build.

Not bad guide few issues.
1. Maseries huge issue you must take armor pen!!!!!! Seriously that alone makes this guide **** 10% armor pen required end of story
2. Crit on alone
