Champion Concept: Nevil, the coloured soul

W - Yellow Energy cost: 30 mana CD 2seconds Nevil charges her Brush with yellow magic granting her bonus health regeneration Upon toggle, Nevil regens 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 hp per second (+ 0.05 per ability power point) for 10seconds W(2) - Orange burst cost: 40/45/50/55 mana 10/9/8/7/6 seconds Nevil releases a burst of orange paint energy stunning opponents within the target location for 2 seconds also dealing 75/110/145/180/215 ( +0.7 per ability power point) E - Blue silence cost: 30 mana CD: 2seconds Nevil charges her brush with blue magic paint allowing her to gain mana upon hitting an enemy. she regenerates 5/10/15/20/25(+0.05 per ability power point) mana upon hitting an enemy with spells or attack within the next 10seconds E(2) - Green Crest cost: 40/45/50/55 mana 10/9/8/7/6 seconds Nevil embeds herself with green paint magic giving her a damaging blocking shield 80/120/160/200/240 (+0.8 per ability power point) for 5seconds. additionally everytime she takes damage she will have all her cool downs reduced by 1 second. R - Canvas Mastery Passive: Nevils gains colour marks(max cap at 5) whenever she casts a secondary colour spell. with each colour mark she gains bonus 8/14/18 ability power. Active: If Nevil uses all her secondary spells within 15/18/21 seconds, she will be able to cast Over the Rainbow for the next 4seconds. Over The Rainbow cost: 100/130/160 mana 100sec CD Nevil unleashes a line of rainbow dealing 200/350/500 (+0.8 per ability power point) to all units it passes through. the rainbow lasts for 6seconds allowing ally units to walk on. when an ally unit moves on it, the unit has a increased 20/30/40% movement speed and ignores unit collision. The base stats will be somewhat like leblanc but a bit of a bigger mana pool. this is my champion concept of a somewhat skill reluctant mage.
