No HP at all? ( I mean, I know resistances are an important part butttt... no hp at all?) Wouldn't you still die relatively fast that way?
The only reason that No HP all resists would be effective is if you had a reliable way to heal a large amount of health back, like a spell vamp character with very low cooldowns, or you had a very big natural health pool (Cho/Alistar) or had a very heavy scaling bonus to resistances.
In general, it's still better to atleast have one hp item.
