When I hear people talk about the masteries, everyone is still stuck in the 21/0/9 kind of way. I'm just asking: why?
I could see a lot of reasoning for an AD Carry to go more than 21 in the offense tree, and a support go almost full in utility.
What is your opinions? I don't think you'll HAVE to cap it at 21.

Has anybody else come up with something better? I've looked at everything available over and over and I keep coming back to these two builds every time.
