This is Not even near a good gangplank build it will only work in the lower levels or you will get focused down cuz your doing full damage, + this looks like somthing your rushing out and havent even spent your time doing

Wheres the Ghost blade? Apart from stacking with raise morale. It's cool downs stack with Ionian Boots of Lucidity. Its like the perfect item for GP. Just something for you to consider. And it also gives you gold. Its a much better item than atmas as GP is to squishy to really get any use out of it. Other than that the builds great.
