I got a triple, then a quadra kill in my first game as fiddle in ages, so I think this is a pretty decent build. My only problem is I think that getting a Zhonyas earlier would benefit better, due to people just silencing me while having crowstorm

It says the Crystal Scepter doesn't really slow down enemies due to his other stuff. But it should slow down enemies with the 35% when using drain right? Unless it counts as a DoT spell.

Yes, it does. Spells are only stopped upon death or if the channel was broken by CC.
