Hello gents! I need help with some math. I want to know how the LoL system calculates HP regen given the following situation with Vlad
Vlad base HP regen 16
with FoN 40 +.5% per second
4 stacks of tides of blood +32% regen
hp regen per lvl seals -18
Perseverance 9% increased health regen
throwing out the obviously obscure mentions like actually taking perseverance on vlad, Im just curious in what order does it add or multiply those HP regen values.
Hoping someone knows and can show me what kind of Regen per 5 to expect if this situation were to happen.
Thanks!

Flat always comes before percentages.
It all stacks "additively" and you will get the same number every time.
FoN is also .35% of your max HP, not +.5% of your HP regen.
