You've downvoted my guide. But I'm not young. I'm a casual gamer with a few years of banking finance experience. I won't be downvoting your guide. I think your guide looks clean, nice, simply put and well sought. And I have no valid reason to downvote you.
But again, troll votes or legit votes are based on opinion.

Early on, you're so heavily dependent on autos, why are you going so hard caster?
He is meant to be a hybrid, because if you go too one way or another, you're shutting yourself out from some aspect of his damage. Search Fishsticks, quadra again if you want a much better hybrid build. Also, all that HP is pointless and a waste of itemization.
Also, jungling is a little silly when there are much more viable junglers who cannot lane as well as Fizz.
Middle fizz has yet to face an opponent he cannot three shot.
Your masteries are atrocious, why would you nerf his damage with the defensive tree?
I can see why you prioritize E over W with your AP-centric build, but going back to your own comment about how important his W is, why are you neglecting it early on? Especially his Q over it. It is a gap closer and the added damage is a bonus, but most of what you need comes from your AP. It is your Dot and damage from W that will net you ~6/10 kills.
I'd reply with my reasoning, but it would be wasted on you, as 2 sentences in, you decided to say point out why he shouldn't be jungled
