I dont like sword of the divine because it has an active effect that you must use along with so many other abilities you need to concentrate on with TF. It also does less damage without the active than Wit's End and provides no defensive stats. Wits on the other had provides 50 mr. Finally if you combine Wits and SoTD without any damage items mid game, you damage ends up being lack luster.

Some things that could help you...

1.Explain your masteries, why did you go 21/9/0, or if other possible mastery tree sets are possible.
2.Separate out your items and add more pictures/banners, Wall of Text is going to scare off some readers.
3.Also specify what type of build TF is in bold or somewhere that is easily visible, it took some finding to how you recommend to play him.
