Sorry to say this really isn't a great build. You have nearly no HP, which is a HUGE factor in the use of your W, and you don't have any CDR with relatively high cooldowns. Your Rune setup makes it so that you are incredibly squishy, especially when combined with your items, and there is nothing that will keep you alive aside from bloodthirster -- if you can manage to stay alive long enough to build it.

You should look up some other Volibear builds and get some inspiration. Other then that, try explaining your item choice. Keep trying and it'll eventually work out!
