When I play with my team we usually have 2 offtanks (jungler and top). Sometimes we have 1. As long as the team setup is good, it's not really a problem.

A good tank can make a game so much easier. Or at least someone who can play with a tank mentality in a Tanky DPS skin. I love playing Jarvan as the tank. And depending on the team I may build him with more DPS or more survivability.
