What a solid build! :D
I must say, I really love this guide/build, I've been playing dominion now for quite a while, and this build as almost 95% all wins!
Sure I play around a little with the items, depending on the other team and so on, but this is a great core build/guide for anyone that wanna pick up ww in dominion.
Great work!
~Maybe you could check out my
Won hundreds of matches with this.
awesome work, if you could post who would be the easiest and hardest champions to be against, that would be very helpful for beginners.
Thank you for making this :)
I would write a solotop guide, but I don't play Warwick a lot on SR, and there's already a better guide than anything I could write: http://guardsmanbob.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=79
I don't know if you know who Guardsman Bob is, but he basically created solotop Warwick, and played it back when Warwick was considered exclusively a jungler and never picked in lane. You'll notice his guide is fairly similar to mine (Wit's End and Glacial Shroud being core) and I took a lot of my inspiration from his guide and from watching him play solo top Warwick on his stream. The main differences I've noticed is that: he doesn't build Frozen Mallet at all (it's not needed when you get into the teamfight stage of the game because your team will be able to offer plenty of CC), he almost always goes for Sorc Shoes, and he very often builds an early Aegis rather than Spirit Visage. You're also not autoattacking a lot in lane, so Wit's End isn't as important early. The exact build order usually seems to defend on what specific items you need to win your lane. The mana regen from Doran's and runes, and the max mana from an early mana crystal really helps with his mana problems, and he doesn't rely on any specific items early, so you can afford to buy mainly defensive items to counter your opponent.
Btw, could you please make an WW solotop guide? Love this one and it's close to how to play WW solotop but there may be something you would change so...
Anyway great guide once again!
+1
Sort of the go-to fix for Warwick is Black Cleaver for that, because of the on-hit effect with his ult. However, this article on Black Cleaver versus Last Whisper is sort of interesting, and something to consider if you're one of those people that really wants a more offensive Warwick and is going digging through the alternative items section of the guide: http://rog.clgaming.net/blogs/a-different-view/6064-guest-post-the-black-cleaver-vs-the-last-whisper-part-1
