Yep, Pulsefire Ezreal was confirmed as Legendary.

Hence why they removed it from the skins tab on the info page.

kinda sad; Queen ash and king trynd make sense in fluff and trivia knowledge but this ''Frost Queen Janna'' has no fluff history.

And while it is true it looks cool am I the only one who noticed the designe is a mix of Angewomon/Angemon(from digimon) and Strom(x-men, I am refering to her original look in the comics)?

I, for one, don't really care much for a skin's background. To me, they're just visual stimulants. (giggity)
