I was just pondering. I had this idea for a new champion. Gigabowser in Super Smash Bros is like the ULT form of bowser. I was thinking here would be a champ that was be very very weak when outside of ULT form. However the thing is for them to go into ULT form they have to be near enemy champs and then he does massive damage however he is only in the form for a very short duration maybe like 10 or 15 seconds. But the more damage or kills they do in ULT it releases the cool down significantly.

It's just a thought I am wondering what peoples ideas are on it.

And no this wouldn't be like shavynana they would do minumual damage outside of ULT form. Maybe a passive would be it possible to Kane minions though.
