I've ben wondering if Graves is op atm ?
I've had a couple of complains from ppl whining about him beeing op, so i just wanted your opinion.

I think he probably was on release, but he seems to be just very good now.

Not OP.

Physical caster burst type skills, which mean his skills are counterable with HP and armor.

Then he has auto attacks.

So Randuin's is a perfect buy against a team with Graves. :)

Meanwhile I'll be complaining about your permanent slow and ability to stun me for three and a half seconds from anywhere on the map.
