Microing (to micro) is a term mostly used in RTS games like Starcraft, but is also applicable to League. Basically it's just having your champion execute a bunch of small movements. This makes it harder for enemies to land a skillshot/click on you. The opposite of this is Macroing (to macro), which is just standing still.
It also causes your champion to not attack minions you don't mean to, thus preventing accidental pushing and failed last hitting. :D
What does "micro" mean? E.g. "OMG I can't micro at all with this lag."
