Your skill order isn't finished.
Mordekaiser is very poor with AD runes.
Health items, and not getting any spell vamp items, is very poor on mordekaiser.
Your 0/30/0 composition of masteries is THE worst possible 0/30/0 setup for Mordekaiser, also, they are impossible (You need 32 mastery points to use those masteries).
Your guide has absolutely zero information.
Ignite is a sub par summoner spell for mordekaiser.
And finally, abyssal before boots is a very very bad idea, you need the movement speed from boots.
