I think it's a tad harsh voting the entire guide down due to disagreeing with one item, given the fact that it only makes up a tiny percentage of what I've provided. I would have preferred if you let me know your opinions on Zhonya's just in a comment and reasoned why you think it's not a viable item.

If you check out the detailed items section in the written section of the guide you'll see it isn't included as core due to the fact that it's merely a recommended item from me, not one that I believe all people should go for when building her as there are those who also share your opinion. None the less, I welcome all criticism so thank you again for the suggestion. I'll take Zhonya's out of the build order at the top of the page, in line with your suggestion and so as not to confuse people who think I suggest it as core, any other feedback is much appreciated!

Thanks for the reply and advice! If you check out the in depth items chapter I've put that the only items as core are Boots, Will of the Ancients, Rabadon's and Void Staff, which equals 9k. The other items, Morello's and Zhonya's are purely situational items that I chose to include in the "cookie cutter" build up top as they're what I find myself going to most.

There are indeed many other options I have included in the recommended, viable and situational areas. Although I think I may be confusing some who think that what I've included in my build order is all core. I'll look into changing that around to be cheaper and more efficient so as to avoid confusion. Thanks again for the input, much appreciated!

I think you it is a fine stock Caster Dps build, but the build costs 15k to complete which would require you to get farm and kill insanely well. I suggest making a more efficient core since it is expensive and is missing any sustainability. This build wouldn't pass in higher ELO play. But i do like how in depth it is and it shows how much effort you put into this. I hope you consider my suggestions because this has the makings of a really good guide.
