youve basically copied The Rain Man, except that you have wits end instead of malady (which increases the damage done by madreds) and PD instead of Black Cleaver (which decreases the targets armor)

I think more work needs to be put into this build... The masterys are all wrong. First dont get the 3% life steal and go for the 10% armor pen.And you cant get arcane knowledge without the cdr part(trinity is a attack dmg item... derp).Plus a Trinity on teemo is just too expensive and does not fully help his play style, though move speed and a nice nuke are handy but you wont be doing anything more then dart then 1 hit and run.Plus heart of gold is wayyyy to late into the build to be of any use and madreds is not viable getting it that endgame where you are using a burst build not a attack speed build. So i think sir you need to do some ranked matchs and stop playing bot games. GL HF (dont get me started on how fail getting a ninja tabi on a dps char is.)

I like this build alot and had this in my mind for a long time. I dunno if I would buy the guardian angle though, cause teemo has to deal some more damage and you allready have some defense!
75 armor, wits end´s MR and 600+ hp. Maybe another on hit effect with attack speed item
