Sry but I don't think Wriggles on Rammus and 0 gold-boosting items will keep your money even with your teammates throughout the entire game...
This is only efficient if you're going to farm the whole time and never gank so you'll stay even with your CS on your lanes and get your money for your items...
You can't rely on your will to get kills, because your Carries need them!

It's a really risky build and I don't think that you can get really along with this in Ranked games with players who have a ELO aboth 1300...

I don't really agree with the Wriggles and AS Runes but otherwise this build seems close to the way I build Rammus. I would get Philo and ArPen runes instead of Wriggles and AS Runes but still +1 for a good looking and working build/guide.

Tbh wriggles works very good with attack speed runes. Without them, going for philosopher stone is also good choise. And yea they do stack. Fixd.

Decent guide, you should add descriptions on items. And i'd say wriggles wont do very well on him, if u need to start with cloth armor you should build it into aegis or save for frozen heart.
