@ xUnknownSwede well to begin with the AP ratio is higher on Mace of Spades (o.4) then on creeping death (0.2) plus Mace of Spades scales on AD to and the AD ratio is 1.0 so all EXTRA AD u get is converted into Dmg on it, plus if you hit it on a single target it deals an extra 65% dmg :)

@MrXiros1990 Will of the ancients gives u a lot of spell vamp on ur abilies so the health cost eliminates compleatly, and u also gain alot of ap for the price u pay, plus its aura gives spell vamp and ap to allies too, then if u ad the gunblade ur up to 55% spell vamp and the ad also goes to ur Q :)
Then u also have the active on gunblade which can be the difference between a kill and not getting a kill:P
