Hey mate. I play jungle Skarner a lot to.
I like everything in the guide, the skill order just everything, except the starting item build. I personally always go Regrowth Pendant instead of armor/boots. (Maybe boots of I know it's gonna need an early gank. But i like philo stone early (Gold item) and turn it into my core item Shurleya's Reverie. It gives u the movement speed which allows u to grab them easily with u ult. + it gains 10% of CDR which is useful for all his spells. Most his Q, then he can constantly slow his opponents.
But overall a good guide I have to +1
