Vic's broken dmg output

[/quote] Those guys dont realize that except for the moderate AP ratio on her Taunt (which IMO is the most fucked up thing Riot could think of) her aoe spell hits 2 times 1 for true dmg... and her cruise missle 3 times (<-- capped dmg but nevermind that)[/quote]
