Rydia- Missionary of the Shadows

R- Shadow's Wrath Rydia calls upon the shadows protecting her and dealing damage to enemies around her. Passive- Weapon Of Shadow Every 10 casts Rydia's weapon shifts to a throwing star of shadow for 15 (?) seconds, after that it reverts back to her scimitar(?). Rydia will run off Energy with cool downs similar to Garen. Lore and league judgement will come later once i come write it.
