I don't ever see Stark's Fervour.
Despite it being viable, AD carries tend to prefer Bloodthirster for flat out damage and lifesteal, instead of lifesteal aura and armor debuff aura. If someone has to get it, I suggest the support does, as it doesn't benefit anyone except the AD carries. But it means either you have hardcore amounts of AD carry in your team, or else it may not be worth it.
