Alot of guides on Mobafire are generally written by people who have no idea what they are doing ,and the highest rated ones are usually just meant for facerolling low elo normal games.

If that's what you want, it's fine, but generally there are sites for better guides or you might find some good lower rated ones.

Guides are mainly for people which aren't expierenced in the game. Being so pro at a certain champ by only reading guides comes only by expierence and playing it. Guides are there only for your first baby-step towards it. Maybe thats why you so dissapointed?

Actually normal games do have an Elo, you just can't see it.
