Just dropping a few:
Assassin's Creed 2 100% - 8.5/10
Burnout Paradise 42% - 8/10 - A great game to trash stuff
Brutal Legend 60% - 9/10 - Great metal soundtrack, impressive humor
Cross Edge 7% - 5/10 - Boring as hell
Dark Souls 7% - 9.5/10 - See Demon Souls... a lot improved over it (still punishing as hell tho) :)
Demon Souls 14% - 9/10 - Terribly punishing but feels so good when you actually kill a boss. A great game overall
Disgaea 3 20% - 8/10 - great tactical strategy game. a must if you ask me
Disgaea 4 2.86% - 9/10 - a bigger must than Disgaea 3
FF XIII 70% - 7.5/10 - Great story, lacks open world and more content besides the story.
Gran Turismo 5 18% - 9.5/10 - the king of driving simulators
Nier 100% - 9.5/10 (a bit repetitive side-quests but great game/story/soundtrack)
Trinity Universe 100% - 5/10 - Terribly boring RPG, grindy plat, just did it out of stubbornness...
Uncharted 100% - 8/10 - Great story, targetting is a bit ****py imgo
Uncharted 2 100% (without DLC) - 9/10 - Great story once again, targetting is much better
Warhammer 40k Space Marine 83% - 8.5/10 - Nice story, fits well into WH40k universe. Personally I find the multiplayer worthwhile.
Vanquish 61% - 9/10 - One of the best 3rd person shooters I ever played. Great concepts, falls short due to lack of multiplayer tho.

7. Shouting Demacia, either irl or in /all, has been known to improve your game play.
