and when you fight Pantheon VS Gangplank you normaly dont Parrley when his block is UP.

try it with the W maxed first and see the difference this is my way to build him and it seems more funny and better than the Q ( how i used to do till now)

Yes i didn't make a Ranked build it is for normal but it works in some ranked matches too :) thx for comm anyway

ranked - atmog, triforce.... nuff said.

This probably works in normal games, but most solo tops (1350+) would shred a phantom rusher :P

anyways nice guide i wont vote, i feel that it's great in normal games but quite useless in ranked. And yes there is a difference. in normal games the top lane is always a non thought out combo or solo laner. In ranked people actually make relevant picks to counter. for examplte GP vs Pantheon. what's gp gonna do? parley > block.
