his E does damage, then more damage and then makes targets take additional damage.
His passive, while active makes your next spell have better utility, and if you don't have it on, you get extra damage.
his q deals damage to 3 targets and then AOE damage.

Remove damage portion from passive
Q I would make it a line nuke instead of a cone
W, i would make it instead of a trap system more of a Gravity Field type thing-lasts a few seconds, only one at a time, but then it can be a bit stronger.
E... remove either the line damage or AOE damage.
and ult is plain, but there isn't anything wrong with it.
Looking at this guy, he does NOT seem like a sustained damage kind of guy.
He seems like burst your face off aoe trolololol win.
the concept of fighting with ink and books and such is fun though =p
his spells are just doing too much, but otherwise tis k

Mystic Ink (Passive): Every 3 spells Ping's next ability has an additional affect. While Ping's Mystic Ink passive is inactive he gains additional damage to his spells.
(Q)Script of Disdain: Ping sends 3 projectiles out in a cone attack. These projectiles stick to enemy champions or minions. Upon adhesion the projectiles deal damage, after a short delay they explode dealing additional aoe damage to their targets and those around them. Additional affect: While Mystic Ink is active, Writ of Disdain also slows the affected targets based on their distance from other affected targets. (The closer they are the slower they move)
(W)Script of Sealing: Ping tosses an enchanted script of paper at target area. Once an enemy steps on the area they are silenced for 1 second and take damage over time for 6. Additional affect: while Mystic Ink is active the spell becomes target based. (Ping may only have 3 Scripts of Sealing out at any time. Mystic Ink is only active on the first Script. Targets who step on multiple scripts over a short duration recieve damage over time but are not silenced.
(E)Script of Loathing: Ping launches a projectile in a straight line damaging all targets hit. He may activate the ability again on it's path causing the projectile to explode thus marking and damaging all targets in an AoE. Marked targets take additional damage from all sources of damage for 3 seconds. Additional Affect: While Mystic Ink is active the projectile can return to Ping and deals additional damage on it's way back. It can be activated, but rather than apply bonus damage on marked targets it restores Health to ping.
Script of Summoning: Ping Channels for 1 second, after 1 second he unleashes a devestating attack in a straight line. Additional Affect: While Mystic Ink is active Ping's summons becomes a large target location attack which deals additional damage and knocks up targets in the area. (Think of Leona's ultimate)
Second Concept for Mystic Ink empowered Summons: Ping summons the attack from a different location than his current one and it fires in an arching pattern. (Straigh line which moves left to right or right to left. IDK how much better to describe it)
I consider myself an idea man...granted most of the Champ ideas I have are sometimes OP...KK mostly OP XD.
