it'd be nice if we gave some CnC on each before voting....I dunno about anyone else but it would be nice to know what people think we could improve on.

Don't feel like voting, just want to throw out some opinions of mine. I'll explain what each has done well and what each can improve on in my opinion.
Entry #1
First off, great job. I really like this. The border is pretty minimalist, and I think that is a plus. The text seems a bit out of place, it may look better without it.

I really like this one. The border blends in pretty seamlessly, its a bit too bright towards the edge where it becomes white. I like how you kept it all sepia, it really makes it look classy. The only flaw I can think of is your text "I'll be ok" is a hard to read since you wanted to stay true to the sepia theme. Black bordered text with some shade of grey might improve the look, or, you can try what I suggested for Entry #1, and just remove it all together.

This is really good, but maybe not for this theme. I do like the amount of contrast, but I don't think that fits in overall with the monotone theme. There isn't enough Black-to-white transition for it to be monotone, its black on the left, and white on the right. Great job nonetheless.

This right here, is probably the most true form of monotone, and probably what most people think of in their head. You kept it simple enough, but who knows if it is too simple. I think a border would improve this tremendously.

This is a good signature as well. I have to go back to what I said about #4 and the big changes. The black hair is almost mandatory for this to work as a whole. I don't know what you could possibly change it to, to help the overall theme. Its good. A border would add to the already good points of this picture.

This is a more detailed version of Entry #4, and improves on what I had mentioned. The only thing I think would make this better, is if it was larger by maybe 20%

#1: Wrong font choice + too pixelated. Otherwise a good signature.
#2: Text is off, poor render choice. Doesn't look like much was done to the background besides a gradient map.
#3: I like yours, just wasn't my favorite.
#4: Literally a B&W image of a Wolf and a blurred background.
#5: Another good signature, not much wrong with it.
#6: Nice usage of text + smudging
