It says"...refreshes every time an enemy champion dies." Does that mean a death at all? Does she have to get an assist or be near at all? Can I activate it on the other side of the map? Also, I'm new to eve and pretty much only play her in dom so general tips and tricks are appreciated!

Refresh on death is global.
I used to use it for mobility and activate it when a champ was about to die.

Eve is also overall lackluster. I wouldn't recommend playing her TBH.

I don't think you should play Eve at all. Well in dom shes k but not in SR. She's a bit too weak to be useful.

Ya I agree completely with her being lackluster...but thats kinda the draw for me recently. I've been playing mundo too o_O

lol. You're playing the most random, underpowered champions.

Mundo is regarded as weak as well. build Magic-pen Mundo. Loads of fun when you cleaver someone for 25% of their HP.

She's still good. And not completely countered by ORacles. She's played a lot like Yi. Is Yi UP? No, he's top tier jungler.
