A sololane is kinda highly required with any build for Malphite (unless you jungle), as he is item dependant as **** :p

Actually I started out using , but one of my friends, who is about 2000 ELO suggested trying and it worked better, the damage output is insane and it does give a bit of magic resistance, though it isn't much.

I tried this build (half) and it ended up pretty good. You're still pretty tanky and your damage output is really wonderful. I don't know how viable it is when you're not solotop though

I tried doing this build its great i love bursting the squishes in the back and by the time the people try to pull me off they are already dead i do ignite instead of exhaust and start with boots instead of mana he is slow unless you hit something with your Q

@viper459, this is not a bruisar. This is an anti-carry. anti carries are people like akali, evelynn, slistar, poppy, olaf, and malphite. if you look at these people, they all have extreme burst and can just charge into the enemy team and they cant do **** about it, with tghe exception of eve and akali, but their burst is either so insane and they have a fck ton of spellvamp, or they can stealth in, kill, and stealth out. back to [olaf/mal/poppy/ali] they reallyjust charge into the enemy team, not being able to be damaged, CC'd, stopped, etc and go straight for the carry and burst them down.

again, a bruiser is someone who is fairly tanky whilst having great DPS (jax, xin zhou, volibear, you get the point). these people cant charge onto the enemy carry without dying instantly. really, their just melee carries that have to build defense in order to survive the oncoming ***ult of the AD/AP carries.

EDIT: and btw dont knock someone jsut to support your own tank malphite that has an atmas. or even more fail bruisar talon (who with your build literally has no damage whatsoever)
