Lich Bane builds into these items:
It's not a good item on Lux, however, because you have to get in autoattack range.
To be able to fully burst someone, you have to be able to AA anyways.
Just a note, the proc is physical damage, and benefits from life steal, unless you use poppy's q or any other modified next hit attack where its entirety would be magic, in which case lich bane's proc would follow suit. My question is weather or not it would be affected by spell vamp in those cases, and if Morde's q would have that damage be split or added to all targets, or would it only be on the primary target?

As far as i know there is no way that spell vamp can apply to lich bane because spell vamp only applies to "abilities" not active/passive items
This item coordinates well with Lux's Illumination.
It's not a good item on Lux, however, because you have to get in autoattack range.
