No they don't. "UNIQUE Passive: Spellblade" means it doesn't stack with any other "UNIQUE Passive: Spellblade", which is the one in every Sheen upgrade.

This item is a bit underrated for AD carries. Usually Cleaver, BT, and Infinity Edge recipes are picked instead of this, but this does wonders mid-game. It's not so much about the mana gain that anyone should care about, it's the doubling effect which tops Brutalizer on AD casters like Kha'Zix. Still, if burst damage is the goal, then this is the embodiment of it, whether you're AD or AP.

Nope, this is the base AD every champion has, regardless of runes, masteries, items, or abilities. :)

Very nice for AD champs, Hybrids or starter AP in early game like Evelynn. Can be upgraded into Trinity Force ( Jax, Xin Zhao, other fighters) or Lich Bane (Mages with low CD, like Evelynn).
