I tried this on Kog'Maw in a game. 80% crit chance and 30% cooldown on top of the 4.0 attack speed allowed me to spam my abilities with out worrying about mana. It was hilarious but its best to build it as your last item.

Works well on nasus if you think you're tanky enough and you already have your trinity !

I wish it took in place of , only gave 50 AD, and cost WAY less. I hate when items you want for the utility cost a ton like this, and I think it's one of the main reasons you don't see this item more.
