Hey guys, thanks for the warm welcome! Been very busy... but to answer question:
I started off just doing basic admin work for sites such as myMYM and GosuGamers and eventually found myself on trial as a Journalist at fnatic.com. One month or so before DreamHack Summer, I got asked to manage the LoL team and after DH:S, it all become full time and the effort required was huge, so I either went for it or backed off. Took the wise choice and am very lucky to be where I am, so I make sure people get the most out of my position, by holding competitions and rewarding everyone's loyalty to the team :)

I'm tempted to request this thread be stickied. Seeing as you are the Fnatic Team Manager, it'd be wonderful to have this available to the fans here. I'd hate to see this thread get lost.
I may be an NA player but EU teams hold a place in my heart. As does this game, it's always wonderful to get perspective from people in the thick of it. I doubt I'll ever hit the pro circuit, but communicating with someone who's at that level ESPECIALLY in the management portion is a real treat.
I only wish the NA teams were so available. Thank you for joining our community ^_^
