Where's the difficulty in counter building him as a good sustain champ? Olaf, Irelia, Riven, Chogath, possibly even Volibear are great counters to a solo top Singed for tanks/off tank counter picks. Then you have Akali and or even Talon for assassiny counter picks. Morganna/Veigar/Cass are solid mage picks to counter him. The key to beating Singed is consistent harass. Push him from the lane enough times and you win. Just my opinion.[/quote]
