I go Tanky dps jarvan in ranked(3v3) and it works well but my build is centered around Fratmogs (frozen mallet-atmas-warmogs) and i feel that it gives more than enough dmg and health.

I understand, but I even dont wanna play this build on ranked. This build would be a fun build, not to be serious.

jarvan must go tank in every occasion. this build might work for low lvl normals, but not at 30 lvl or in ranked. he is not a champ like xin lee sin noc which can go full ad because they can do burst damage from early to mid game and late game. he needs time to do damge and you need to build survivability so he will stay long to do that damage desturp and still be alive at the end casue of the defencive build.
