Nah, same as ever: Viable against AD heavy teams.
On longer lasting SR games 10% ddg ~ 10% AA dmg reduction anyway.
Consider that a team has five members: one is a support dealing almost 0 damage, one is an AD carry, two are usually tanky ADs, and one is an AP carry.
So 3/4 of the enemy team will be dealing physical damage in most games, not counting the support.
