The other builds are just weird, considering Sejuani some kind of damage dealer, wich is obviously a lie.
And i agree with this guy ^ Getting gp10 instead of Juggernaut doesnt seem so clever.

What i would change is the Summoners Insight. Replace it with Improved Recall to save more time at going back.

I also think that she doesnt need Flash because she has her Arctic Assault.

The Rest of the Build is OK

It's really a shame that this is the first guide that shows up on google when you search "Sejuani build guide", leveling arctic winds first is literally the worst thing you can do. How efficient you can farm jungle is not nearly as important as securing ganks.

I don't expect much from Mobafire guides... they're like the inside joke of anyone above 1300 elo.. but still, rushing Frozen Mallet? Level perma frost first, you don't need to double up on slowing abilities, the gold is much more efficiently spent in other stats that early in the game.

If you can't kill someone with a 40/50/60/70% slow from perma frost then you simply aren't trying to gank often enough. FM is complete overkill.

Also, taking all 3 summoner's bonuses in masteries? wut?

Exhaust? I could see this MAYBE if you were playing some support nunu type bottom lane Sejuani, but otherwise, WHY?

I kind like this build but i take flash instead of exhasut u already slow enemy alot so dont need and u 1v1 dont do too much dmg so if he try escape no need ether coz of slow the rest is ok!
and btw u dont kind need CDR, and atk dmg i put amor penetration for now but health would be good!
