There are SO many routes Maokai can do. The standard one usually is throw 3~4 saplings at wraiths, wolves, then blue, wraiths again, full clear. Route's all dependent on what your lanes need and whether you want to counterjungle and stuff.
Normally you'll want E Q E W and max q, then w, then e, because they provide more to the team then saplings. Lvl 2 sapling is enough to clear camps.

Was in a couple games w a jungle maokai....and those gamks are pretty crazy. When experimenting a little with it, but haven't been quite as successful as some of the guides I've seen. I know some guides preach AS marks, others seem to go for all AP/mpen, like a caster.
So I thought I would turn to you guys. Anyone had success jingling maokai? If so, what runes do u find best? And what skill order? Do u get a 2nd level of saplings or of arcane smash at level 3? Thanks!
